Alesandra Seutin’s ‘Inside Head’ to Premiere with The Place and the Wellcome Collection on 13 May

We are thrilled to announce that Alesandra Seutin’s new interactive dance film, Inside Head, will premiere with The Place and the Wellcome Collection on 13th May 2021. The online premiere event, which will take place from 6-7pm, will include a pre-recorded message from choreographer Alesandra Seutin, a screening of the film, and a Q&A with dancer Toussaint Buck., who plays the lead role. Commissioned by The Place and the Wellcome Collection, in this short interactive dance film, Alesandra Seutin invites us to explore the inner thoughts of a young black man as he reflects on the outside world’s perception of what he represents and the systemic pressures he endures on a daily basis.
