Grace Okereke to join ‘What is the future of international touring?’ panel at The Place London

We are delighted to announce that Uprise Rebel Founder, Grace Okereke, will be joining the panel for ‘What is the future of international touring?,’ organised by The Place London as part of A Festival for Korean Dance 2021. The online event will take place on Tuesday 21st September, 10am. Click here to book tickets.

The panel discussion will focus on how the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic have reconfigured artists/producers/organisations thinking around what international touring looks like, and how it might be considered against a backdrop of Brexit and the climate emergency.

Alongside Grace Okereke, the panel includes choreographer and performer Sung Im Her, Company SIGA's Hyuk Kwon, independent producer/ dance connector at PAMS Soohye Jang, and Ahram Gwaw, team leader of Programming & Production, Korean National Contemporary Dance Company. It will be chaired by Nadine Patel, Creative Consultant.
